Tokyo-based designer and architect Keiji Ashizawa brings a deep understanding of materials and construction to his work. After graduating from Yokohama University School of Architecture in 1995, he spent the first decade of his career working in architecture and steel fabrication, experience that continues to shape his approach to design.
